Attention Mozart friends and family! We are excited to announce that Mozart Bakery Buford will have its official soft opening on Monday, July 29th. We appreciate your patience as we worked through this project. The journey to open this new location has been challenging, but it has become a reality thanks to our loyal customers. We are grateful for your ongoing support and invite you to visit our new location to sample some of our latest products! We look forward to seeing all the new and old faces 😁

Introducing the newest members of Mozarts menu:
Garlic Cream Baguette - you know Mozart brings the best sweets in town, but with this baguette we’re bringing both sweet and savory. Sticky buttery garlic brushed on top with cream cheese in between each crevice 🧈🥐

Coconut Bread - calling all coconut lovers. Your time has come! Our coconut bread has a bouncy chewy texture with hints coconut and cream cheese that will take your breath away 😍🥥🥯

Siro-Mochi Roll - we’ve created the absolute best blend of mochi and bread out there. Soft, creamy, and chewy (but not overly chewy) with the perfect amount of sweetness. The best of both worlds😌🥯🥖

Ganache cream Kouign-amann - chocolatey, flakey, buttery croissant, filled with the fluffiest and creamiest ganache. Tastes just as good as it looks! 🍫🍩

almond kouign-amann - crispy toasted almond covered danish with tons of buttery nutty goodness 🥮🌰

cheddar cheese brioche loaf - soft, chewy, and cheesy, need we say more? 🧀🥯
