Every year for my Birthday Ken buys me Caviar from Costco. It’s an amazing deal and quite good. I’m not a Caviar Connoisseur by any means, but I loved Costco’s. This year they didn’t have it. I have no clue why…but I thought for sure I wasn’t going to have Caviar on my Birthday.

To my surprise, Ken found a replacement. American Hackelback Caviar. It’s actually less expensive than Costco’s Osetra, but tastes amazing.

Pork Schnitzel Skewers with Dill Sour Cream Sauce

Germany, Austria and the rest of Europe love Schnitzel and so does The Dinner A’Fare. Our version is a little different but every bit as delicious. Our tender pork cutlets are pounded thin and well-­‐ seasoned, then pan fried to perfection. We serve our Schnitzel on skewers with a light dill sauce.

Spicy Peanut Chicken Noodle Salad🍗

This delicious pasta salad offers an entrée that can be served warm or cold. We season our chicken breast with teriyaki sauce and Thai chile paste, then sauté, slice and toss with noodles, water chestnuts, stir-fry vegetables and peanuts along with a sesame dressing. The resulting combination of flavors will take you on an express to the orient.

Pepperoni Chicken😋

Who doesn’t love a cheesy pizza? Our Pepperoni Chicken will taste just like Friday night pizza but way healthier! We take our boneless, skinless chicken breasts and slice them thin like a pizza crust. Top with Italian spices, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and then bake! Sit back, enjoy your glass of Chianti while dinner is cooking, and there is no mess to clean up!! Who is going to be more in love?

Beef Bourguignon🥩

You will feel like you are at your favorite café in Paris when you enjoy this dish. Tender pieces of fresh cut steak are slow cooked in a red wine mushroom sauce. Placed atop brown rice (provided) and your mouth will be proclaiming “superb!”

Chicken Francese😋

“In the French manner” Our version of this dish does not steer too far from the original. We hand batter our thin chicken breasts and cook in olive oil until golden brown. We then serve this dish with a zesty lemon sauce and slices of beautiful lemon. This dish is always a hit with the little ones!
