The EMS licensing problem Wincaps customers have been facing is resolved. If you were impacted by this problem, please re-try and advise if you continue to experience any issues. We apologize for this inconvenience and will take steps to ensure this does not re-occur.

BroadStream is aware of a communication issue with our EMS licensing server that has impacted some of our Wincaps customers. This currently only effects Wincaps customers who are renewing or moving a license from one server to another.

Our Team of Engineers is actively investigating this issue and will advise when the problem has been resolved. We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide updates via social media and our website as information is available.
