Watch: Dashcam video captures moment person runs recklessly on freeway | CNN Dashcam video shows a person running across several lanes of freeway traffic and then coming to a complete stop as two semi-trucks pass by on each side. Luckily no one was injured, according to CNN affiliate KTVK.
