This weekend at - SURFIN' THE AVENUE - This starts off with our homemade-in-house-daily seeded roll, that's griddled with garlic butter to make a garlic bread bun, then it's stuffed with hand-breaded southern style chicken tenders, and topped with our homemade secret sauce and cole slaw. It's served with crispy crinkle cut french fries and an extra side of secret sauce for dipping! It's available for dine-in all weekend or while supplies last!

This week's special: RAISING ZAXTHRIE'S! You might partial to Guthrie's or Raising Cane's or Zaxby's, but we can all agree that a box full of southern style chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, Texas toast and secret chicken tender dipping sauce is one of the greatest meals on Earth. Jackie and I spent many a late night eating Guthrie's at FSU, and we also enjoy the local Kane's and Zaxby's shops. So, in homage to one of the best culinary creations known to man, we put together a pizza made from the ingredients of a southern style chicken tender box from one of those famous quick service restaurants. This pizza starts with a homemade secret sauce base and is topped with mozzarella, cheddar, crinkle cut fries, hand breaded chicken tenders, Texas toast, homemade cole slaw, and more secret sauce. We're not completely sure what's in that super secret chicken tender sauce at those big chains, but we're pretty sure ours is a very close match. This limited edition pizza is around for one week only, so come grab one today!

This week's special: Garden Vegetable Pesto! This pizza starts with a homemade pesto base and is topped with mozzarella, ricotta, zucchini, roasted red pepper and red onion. We finish it with a dusting of imported Calabrian oregano and imported Grana Padano. Come try it all week at Madison Avenue Pizza!

This week's special: Pizza Nduja Amatriciana! This is an upside down pizza, with the cheese on bottom and sauce on top. It starts with a base of our sliced whole milk mozzarella and is topped with a home made Amatriciana sauce. Amatriciana sauce us made by sautéing guanciale (cured pork) with onions, fresh garlic and crushed tomatoes. We also added nduja (calabrian salami) to the Amatriciana for a little extra flavor. It's baked well done and finished with a dusting of fresh grated pecorino romano. Come try it all week at Madison Avenue Pizza!

HURRICANE RELIEF WEEKLY SPECIAL - THIS WEEK, 100% OF THE REVENUE FROM OUR WEEKLY SPECIAL WILL BE DONATED TO HURRICANE RELIEF CHARITIES. We will split the donation between The American Red Cross and Feeding Tampa Bay. This week's special: Prosciutto, Arugula, Goat Cheese and Fig! This pizza starts with an olive oil base (no red sauce), and is topped with mozzarella, goat cheese, red onion, arugula and proscuitto san daniele. Come try it all week and help support hurricane victims in need!

We are open! Our A/C is running, college football is on, and our beer coolers are nice and cold. Our credit card machines and online ordering are working as well. We hope everyone is doing alright, and if you need a break from the stress of the past couple of days, come stop by.

Hey all, so the plaza got hit pretty hard, but the shop is ok. Luckily, our sandbags stopped a lot of the water from coming in, but we did get some in the dining room and kitchen. The shop is mostly cleaned back up now, but we have no internet and no phones, and some of our staff isn't available due to storm damage. We might be able to reopen this afternoon, but we aren't sure yet. We will keep you posted as soon as we know more.

Due to the impending hurricane, for the safety of our staff, we will be closed today, Thursday Sept 26. We will resume normal business hours tomorrow, Fri Sept 27. Be safe and we will see you after the storm.
