This week I gave myself the rare indulgence of a fancy sugary coffee. I decided to take the time to really noticed the money and energy that went into enjoying this treat. You will learn yoga poses and motions that are naturally refreshing, while focusing on breathwork designed to bring down your body temperature. As an added bonus, you will experience cooling aromatherapy in the cave, and then participate in an organic fresh-pressed juice tasting from Escape Root Juicery!
In this class, we will focus on breathing exercises to cool you down, gentle stretching to refresh your body and a playful guided meditation where we appreciate all the fun of summertime.

As I was making lunch today, I was overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the beautiful things in my life. This little salad represents cucumbers from my amazing multi talented 😉friend , which she grew herself and lovely shared with me. The greens and tomatoes are from a local farm, picked up , this place I’m so happy to be living. The rest came from , which is so close I can walk there and always find a friendly face. I taught a sweaty hot class this morning , a place that provides a joyous community. I had clean running water to rise off when I got home, just by turning a tap. I am so grateful for the time, money & energy resources that allowed me these simple healthy nourishing pleasures. I welcome more abundance into my life.

Come to on Saturday June 3 for a FREE 90 minute practice which will includes a 60 minute Forrest Yoga sequence with 15 minutes of relaxed, guided meditation at the end. Extra time allotted for demos, hands on assists and questions.
Students will find a slower paced flow, with deep stretching and strengthening. This is an intermediate level practice, with lots of modifications offered for every level and a great opportunity to try new poses!
Learn about the Brahmavihara Meditation practice, which refers to the "divine abodes" or the "sublime attitudes" in Buddhism. These are four states of mind that can be cultivated through meditation and practice, and are considered to be essential qualities for spiritual development and happiness.
By developing these attitudes, we can create more harmony, compassion, and happiness in ourselves and in the world around us.

With the tranquil sounds of nature in the background and the warm glow of the setting sun surrounding you, this class is a truly unique and memorable experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is accessible to all levels and ages.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing and bringing a yoga mat as well as water to stay hydrated. We practice in the grassy area on the water front side of the park, so a blanket might also be helpful.
