Continuing to pray for everyone affected by hurricane Helene and Milton. As we are coordinating repairs from damage to our own home, due to Hurricane Milton, we wanted to make sure our friends and family knew what services we provide, in case it could help others. The lounge area and bathroom were originally just a storage area in the garage, but have now been transformed.

Praying for everyone as we face another hurricane approaching our area. Our hearts break for our friends, family, and clients that have already been affected by Helene. We are working extra, to get out as quickly as possible to do structural evaluations for damaged homes, and to be a support to help our clients figure out the best way to move forward with rebuilding. Please let us know if you need any guidance with your home damage, repair plans, raising your elevation, or rebuilding. We have dealt with water damage in our own home in the past and navigating insurance issues, so we can sympathize with the stress of that process. My (Jamie) favorite part of our business is just being a listening ear when someone calls and needs support. We love you all and are praying for the best outcome with this next storm.

This Wilkie project in Dunedin has been a fun one for us. TODAY is the open house. We love designing and engineering ADU’s. Check out the Before and After pics! Jolene did an incredible job with her vision for this home. She hired us to do the structural engineering to reconfigure the interior of the main house and the design and engineering for the ADU with attached garage. We will definitely be sharing more fun details about this project in future posts. Stop by the Open House today, more info in the pics.

Adding more square footage to a home is always a wise choice and sometimes more cost effective than buying a bigger home. For this project we designed an addition to go where they had a garage.

Update on the Hammock house. The attic structure has been completed and we are officially topped off. This will be amazing once completed. The last photograph shows the existing trusses over the main building that will be removed during Phase 3.
