Join us for our adult gymnastics clinic for ages 18+ on Saturday, August 17 at 10-11:30am at our Dunmore location!

As the gymnastics events come to a close at the 2024 Olympic Games, it's important that young athletes take away this valuable lesson. While winning is undoubtedly a fantastic achievement and a reflection of your hard work, there are other important aspects to consider. Showing humility in victory and grace in defeat demonstrates a person's true character. Among the many memorable moments of these Games, this particular photo speaks volumes to us, and we sincerely hope it resonates with you. We understand that experiencing loss or not clinching the top position can be tough, but it's a temporary feeling. United Sports Academy's Back Handspring Workshop Wednesdays in July at Dunmore!

This is a 4-WEEK intensive handspring workshop where your child will learn the basics for back handsprings!
The workshop will be led by United Sports Academy's, Coach Omar!! No prior experience is required to join this workshop, ages 7+

Through playful activities and engaging exercises, we help your little ones enhance their balance, hand-eye coordination, fine and gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and work on developing their depth perception.

Our fun and interactive classes are designed to support your child's growth and development in a nurturing and safe environment. Come and see the amazing progress your little one can make with us!
