Frequent infections in:
Sinuses
Ears
Lungs
Skin
Bladder
Kidneys
Urinary tract
Are signs of an unbalanced gut microbiome also known as dysbiosis.
Taking an antibiotic because you have an ear infection may resolve the infection in the short term.
But it won’t keep it from happening again.
Using a steroid inhaler because your cold turned into bronchitis or pneumonia will help you today.
But it won’t keep it from happening again next time you catch a cold.
If you have recurring yeast infections taking a course of anti fungal meds from your doctor each time might work for a while.
These are all bandaid approaches to treat the symptoms of a larger issue.
Your infections are going to keep coming back unless you get to the root cause of them.
The root cause of recurrent infections is often dysbiosis.
An imbalance in your gut flora.
We can think about the gut and its inhabitants as a beautiful garden.
This garden has a variety of colorful flowers.
But like all gardens it is also at risk of growing weeds.
The healthy bacteria that we need in our gut microbiome are the flowers.
The unhealthy organisms that can create major issues for us are the weeds.
When your garden is left unchecked the weeds can take over and smother the nice flowers.
If you are someone who struggles with frequent or recurrent infections (anywhere in your body), your garden is likely being taken over by weeds.
The good news is I am a master gardener and I LOVE flowers.
Let's pull out the shovel and gloves and clean up the weeds so your flowers can show their beauty.
Work with me for the next 6 months.
I will run a GI MAP stool test to get a clear understanding of what flowers you’re missing and what weeds have gotten out of hand.
Then, I’ll customize a plan for you to follow to bring your gut garden back into balance.
The end result of this is no more recurring or chronic infections.
No more steroid inhalers or antibiotic treatments for weeks on end.
Not only will you avoid these frequent infections, but you’ll feel great.
Clear headed, energized, clear skin.
Let’s clean up your gut garden together.

By the time my clients find me they have often spent countless hours researching their gut health issues.
They’ve wasted energy reading labels on supplements in the health food store in pursuit of relief from their bloating, gas, eczema, mood swings or any of the other annoying symptoms that come from an imbalanced gut microbiome.
My clients have spent hundreds to thousands, sometimes even many thousands, of their hard earned dollars on functional testing they found online or on special supplements that their coworker told them about.
But they aren’t seeing the results they want.
I have the utmost respect for these clients because they have already put in years of their time, invested significant amounts of their money and they haven’t given up.
It’s not easy to make that kind of commitment without seeing any progress.
The good news is that if this sounds like you, there is light at the end of this tunnel.
My 6 month Gut Restoration Program is that light.
I have people commit to working with me for 6 months at a time and I ask them to pay for my 6 month Gut Restoration Program upfront.
I do this to get all of the mental drama about making a commitment and sticking to the whole program out of the way.
This investment is the whole package and removes pricing drama about ordering the next test or paying for the next appointment.
The testing you need is included in the cost.
The analysis of your results is included in the cost.
The comprehensive protocol to get the results you want is included in the cost.
The answers you are looking for are included in the cost.
Support and guidance to move through your 6 month protocol with a coach is included in the cost.
If you could walk into a Whole Foods and buy the health outcome you want in a little pink box for $4k would you do it?
No more bloating, rashes, diarrhea, constipation, puffiness, heartburn, mood swings, etc.
Feel radiant in your body.
Eat what you want without worrying about how bloated you’ll be or what that will mean for your next bowel movement.
No more wasted time trying to DIY your gut issues.
No more wasted money experimenting with tests and supplements.
No more wasted energy trying to figure out what is causing your symptoms.
My 6 Month Gut Restoration program could be the last thing you ever buy for your gut issues.
It could be your little pink box.
I love all of my clients, but I am even more committed to the DIYers that have finally admitted that they need a professional.
In my mind they have been through enough unnecessary suffering and I want to help them ASAP.
My clients typically see results within the first few weeks of working with me.
If you are ready to get serious about healing your gut issues and stop with all your DIYing, book a 60 minute discovery call with me at www.kelliarbogast.com.
Working with me to resolve your gut issues will save you so much time, money and stress in the long run.
Stop putting it off.

I work with 3️⃣ types of people.
The first type is someone who has a medical diagnosis and knows they need help addressing it.
This diagnosis could be:
⭐ Fatty Liver Disease
⭐ Candida overgrowth
⭐ IBS
⭐ Chrons
or something else entirely.
The point is this person knows they have a problem and they are ready to fix it.
Simply put, this person is suffering and wants to STOP the pain because it hurts.
Let’s call this person Stacy.
The second type of person I work with is someone who doesn’t have a clear medical diagnosis, they just don’t feel great and they would like to feel better.
Maybe they are tired all the time or they don’t feel particularly happy in life.
They think they are doing alright because they show up to work each day and they stay on top of their personal responsibilities, but they just don’t feel like themselves.
Let’s call this person Alicia.
Alicia wants to fix her emerging health concerns because she has seen the pain and suffering her grandmother went through with her dementia during the last 5 years of her life.
Alicia wants to avoid that suffering and she knows her current issues are only going to get worse if she doesn't start taking steps to do something about them.
Alicia and Stacy are both perfect candidates for the work that I do.
But wait, we almost forgot the third type of person I work with.
The third type is someone who considers themselves to already be healthy.
Let’s call her Veronica.
Veronica works out, eats organic foods, feels pretty good all around, but she knows that health is a journey and it’s not over until we take our last breath.
Veronica knows that even though she feels good now, it takes work to maintain health and it will take investing in herself to meet her goal of keeping her abs through menopause.
Whether you are Alicia, Stacy or Veronica, my nutritional therapy program has something for YOU.
That’s the beauty of working 1:1 in a premium program.
I tailor the work that we do to YOU and YOUR GOALS.
Do you already know which type of person you are or do you need help with your name tag?
Book a 60 minute discovery call with me to find out if you are a Stacy, Alicia or a Veronica and how my program can help you reach your health goals.

FAT IS YOUR FOE NOT YOUR FRIEND.
This is absolutely FALSE.
Dietary fat is actually really important for us to maintain a healthy body.
Fat and oils that we get from the foods that we eat are used in the body for things like:
🧠 Fueling the brain
🧠 Building cell membranes
🧠 Energy production
🧠 Nerve conduction
🧠 Hormone production
🧠 Clear and glowing skin
🧠 Feeding the healthy bacteria in your gut microbiome
It’s misconceptions about nutrition (like fat being unhealthy) that has inspired me to bring you a 5 day series on foods to help your gut issues.
Starting this coming Monday, May 1st I’ll deliver my 5 Favorite Foods for Gut Issues series with accompanying RECIPES to YOUR INBOX if you are signed up to receive my ermails.
So you can start healing your gut issues from the comfort of your own kitchen.
The foods and recipes I will be delivering to your inbox are actually HEALTHY and foods I recommend to my clients all the time.
You might be surprised by what foods I recommended eating.
You NEED this series if you have:
💩 Irregular bowel movements (anything other than 1-2 ‘snakes’ a day)
💩 Undigested food in your stool
💩 Stomach aches
💩 Frequent burping
💩 Bloating after meals
💩 Heartburn
💩 Gas
Get on the list by going to https://www.kelliarbogast.com/contactme

This looks delicious! Certainly going to try this one!
Before poppy seeds became a world-renowned pastry ingredient, this colorful, herbaceous plant was cultivated for thousands of years for both medicinal and culinary purposes. Mentioned as far back as 1550 BC in the Egyptian papyrus scroll, Ebers, as possessing sedative qualities, poppy seeds were also used by the Minoans, who would mix them with milk and honey and administer to their infants as a calming op**te elixir.
To this day, poppy seed use remains strong in many traditional cuisines, such as in eastern Europe, where it is commonly found in pastries like baklava or štrudla (strudel), and it is also widely used in many regional Indian cuisines. Along with poppies’ culinary importance, they also provide an important source of pollen for bees.

Have you heard of leaky gut?
It’s front and center these days in the health and wellness community, as it should be.
Leaky gut is becoming more common in our country and new research is showing that it is the underlying factor in many of our health problems.
Your digestive system is one long tunnel from mouth to a**s.
Imagine this tunnel is lined with red bricks.
The part of this tunnel that makes up your small intestine is the part we are concerned with when we are talking about leaky gut.
Between each brick is a type of connector or junction that prevents critters from sneaking between the bricks.
In the body we call these brick connections tight junctions.
In a healthy person these connections are, as the name implies, tight and the bricks sit snugly together.
These bricks are an integral part of keeping partially digested food inside the intestine tunnel and out of the blood stream.
In a person who has a leaky gut, the junctions between those bricks (the bricks are the cells that line the small intestine) get less tight or “leaky” and start to separate so that larger undigested food particles can slip through the cracks.
When this happens in the body our immune system does its job and labels the food particles that snuck through the bricks as invaders and mounts an immune response.
The immune response can result in all sorts of different symptoms for YOU.
Some of the more common symptoms of leaky gut are:
🥵 Chronic diarrhea, constipation, or bloating
🥵 Nutritional deficiencies
🥵 Fatigue
🥵 Headaches
🥵 Confusion
🥵 Difficulty concentrating
🥵 Skin problems (acne, rashes, or eczema)
🥵 Joint pain
🥵 Widespread inflammation
🥵 Food sensitivities
Doesn’t sound like fun does it?
It’s not.
But the good news is I can help you fix it.

Do you ever find yourself in a social situation where someone is leaning in close to talk to you and you’re concerned that they might smell your bad breath?
You’re so self conscious about it that instead of listening to what they are trying to whisper to you, you are hyper focused on holding your breath or maybe even pull away a little?
Bad breath is often connected to an imbalance in the gut flora.
I see microbiome imbalances show up in the mouth quite often.
😷 Bad breath
😷 Cracks on the sides of the tongue
😷 Blisters in the mouth
😷 Skin peeling off the inside of the cheeks or roof of the mouth
😷 White coating on the tongue
😷 Sensitive or painful gums
😷 Dry mouth or “Cotton Mouth”
😷 Thrush
These are all symptoms of an underlying problem, likely an overgrowth of yeast in the body.
Quick fixes like...
💊 Tongue scraper
💊 Mouthwash
💊 Gum
💊 Breath mints
Are not going to resolve the issue.
The underlying cause will still be there.
The good news is I can help you fix it.
Can you imagine never having bad breath again?
You could lean in close with your friends and soak up all the juicy gossip you like without having to hold your breath.
You could kiss your crush without worrying about what they think of you.
You could heal those sensitive cracks on the sides of your tongue and never think about them again.
You could completely eliminate the white coating on your tongue that you’ve been concerned about for the past 6 months...
Book a 30 minute discovery call with me at www.kelliarbogast.com/workwithme and let's get you some fresh breath.

"Kelli was and is that sweet positive voice you need to hear every week to keep you motivated and when you’re feeling like you have had a couple rough days with food, self esteem, gut issues she gets you right back in track . I had little idea of how to eat whole food, but Kelli taught me how to mix my fats and proteins and answered my questions about why am I still hungry (you’re eating the wrong food) or why I need to eat in the morning (my gut) and also really not focusing on a diet but just a normal way to eat so food doesn’t occupy my every thought. My gut is happy, my heartburn is gone and meat doesn’t gross me out all the time! Hahaha. It’s how you prepare it and the lack of acids in my tummy etc. all the amazing things I learned from kelli!!!!"
