Inventory took another big bump up this past week with more than sixty homes coming on market. Every week this year we've had more homes come up than sell, resulting in over two hundred more homes on the market for Buyers to choose from than we did in January. It's been a good sign for Buyers who have had very little choice over the past couple years.

Memorial Day continues to be the strongest time of year for new listings-with sixty homes hitting the market last week and an inventory now standing at 500+ homes on the market or pending.
