Bittersweet to sell this house! Personally, it was in my top three favorite homes in La Plata County. Even more-so, it’s always tricky when clients become like family, and then move away. Further, it’s hard when it used to be a family-owned home full of memories that you sold once before, but now it’s actually a goodbye. Crazy how real estate can symbolize so many components in one piece of property! But everything is a season, and we have some happy buyers and a happy seller!
