Born and raised in Durango, Kayden is a fourth-generation resident. Kayden graduated from Durango High School and attended Fort Lewis College where he received a Bachelor’s in Business. As a young child, Kayden lived in Southern California where his father, Cole, played professional baseball for the San Diego Padres Organization. When the family returned home to Durango, Kayden grew up on his grandparents’ cattle ranch just south of Lemon Dam where he learned the principles of hard work and determination. At a young age, Kayden quickly inherited the habits of being a contributing member of the Durango community. Kayden has been involved with community organizations such as youth baseball, Durango Area Association of Realtors®, Mercy Health Foundation and many other programs he is passionate about. Currently, Kayden sits as the chairman of the Durango Areas Association of Realtors® Technology and Communications Committee. The committee is designed to support home buyers, sellers and Realtors® on the evolving environment of the tech-fueled real estate industry. Kayden’s business focus includes residential homes, townhouses, condominiums, luxury homes and homesites, farm and ranch, residential new construction and development.
