We're really excited about the next build in progress! This little 8x16 with a custom bump out will be used as a mobile Pilates studio. We worked closely with the customer to ensure all the Pilates equipment fit comfortably, while keeping the trailer short so it's easier to tote around, especially since this unit is heading to the East Coast. The front bump out will house a small shower for patients to use if necessary. The unit will have freshwater and grey water tanks, as well as an Eco flow solar system. Stay tuned!

Been a hot minute since I had to haul a trailer over Lizard Head, but snowpack is looking mighty fine up there. Nice day for a stroll through the San Juans!

Been a long time coming, but new shop is up and running! We are re-opening the door for new orders.

I bought this sawmill mostly for personal projects, but knew there would likely be tiny house projects manifesting from it. We're currently building a house for an avalanche instructor up in Silverton. He harvested these logs from avalanche chutes high in the San Juans. We're turning them into lumber for his build!!

How many of you remember the Wasatch build finished about 6 years ago? It spent its first few years in Durango, then a while in Utah, then came back to Silverton to live in whilst the owners built a newer house. Now it’s being rented to a mutual friend and employee while he and his husband build their own tiny house! I was enlisted to help move it down to their property south of Durango. Also stopped to get 300 gallons of water to help fill their cistern.

Durango Friends- progress on the new shop has been slow, but steady. We are doing a big push over the next two weeks to wrap up the siding and roofing. We are asking for your help, esp. if you have experience installing metal siding/roofing. Please shoot me a DM if you are willing and able to assist. Volunteers are always welcome, but we can also arrange a work trade or compensation since we know time is valuable. We have lots of tools, heavy machinery, and know-how that we are happy to share! Thanks in advance!

Picked up our next round of trailers yesterday- a 10x40 and 10x32. Makes my big truck look small! Some of them aren’t so tiny anymore!

After spending nearly 19 months at our shop, the “Beetle” had a safe journey to its new home in a spectacular Utah setting. This is a fun and unique house that will someday get featured on the website, if we can just find the time!
