Qualifications
Must have full knowledge of cutting and sewing (cutting and sewing with patterned/repeat fabrics).
Furniture/office upholstery experience
Applying ply-grip/ tack strip
upholster cushions

Remove seats, door panels, and various items from vehicle in order to upholster.
Upholster / re-upholster auto seats and interiors

Ability to learn and layout patterns, cut fabric, sort the fabric, and glue foam components for furniture and automotive

Must be able to work with all kinds of textile -- leather, vinyl and fabric
Knowledge of and ability to use the following tools:
sewing machine (single needle)
scissors, cutting knives
tape measure, rulers
fasteners
staple guns, glue guns
templates, fabric clamps, fabric weights(straight and round electric)

livefast motorsports is looking for a thorough, responsible Automotive Detailer who will adhere to provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. The Car Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors of the vehicle. You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

To be a successful Auto Detailer, you should be committed to providing excellent service to customers. You should be courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Car Detailer Responsibilities:

Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
Managing inventory and reordering supplies.
Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
Car Detailer Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
Successful completion of automotive service tech or other training programs preferred.
Prior detailing experience a must.
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The Used Car Technician has the responsibility of understanding and completing routine repairs necessary for the repair of customer vehicles. This individual will perform general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance. These repairs include but are not limited to light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems (starters and alternators) HVAC systems, steering & suspension systems. This individual will have a majority of their manufacture certifications.
Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
Document all work performed and recommended on assigned repair order
Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards
Conduct road test to determine work needed and to confirm work was successfully completed when necessary and practical
Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles
Perform all levels of preventive/routine maintenance services
Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology
Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scores
Complete the work, notations and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of warranty repair orders and the filing of warranty claims
Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees
Take care to ensure that customer’s vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property and information
ASE certifications heavily preferred
Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
Previous automotive technician experience required
Must have basic tools
Must have great technical and mechanical skills
Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license
