As president of Toyota Battery Manufacturing, North Carolina (TBMNC), Sean M. Suggs directs Toyota’s newest plant in North America, overseeing construction and start of production of the $13.9 billion investment.
Under his leadership, the plant will employ 5,100 North Carolinians and have 14 production lines delivering lithium-ion batteries for hybrid electric, plug-in hybrid electric and battery electric vehicles.

This conference is a collaborative effort with the Women's Business Center of North Carolina and in partnership with the Institute's Research, Policy and Impact Center, which helped the NCDIT Office of Digital Equity and Literacy create parts of its digital equity plan.
