Textron leaders gathered at Duke CE in Durham last week for the final module of the 2024 Senior Executive Leadership Program. To close out the week, they participated in the Pit Crew Challenge where they learned to recognize the advantages and challenges of collaboration in an interdependent team, practiced communication skills necessary for successful collaboration, and received and practiced real-time coaching as a means of improving individual and team performance. The experience, while fun, also provided tangible learning the group can take back to their teams and the organization to increase their strategic leadership impact.
This Women’s History month, top leaders and changemakers convened at Duke CE’s to discuss inclusive futures. Speakers shared wisdom and practical insight on the power of diversity and inclusion for innovation in companies, government and society. It was a rich experience driving commitment to refocus not just women’s day but every day on empowering marginalized women and creating competitive organizations that will be a force for good in today's divided world.

Duke Corporate Education’s new Demystifying Finance for Non-Financial Professionals leadership programme in Africa is designed to provide participants with a clear and practical understanding of key financial concepts, enabling them to make informed decisions, contribute meaningfully to discussions, and collaborate effectively with financial experts.

We are delighted to announce that Beth Ahlering is joining Duke CE as Regional Managing Director, Strategic Projects and Asia/Middle East.
Beth was previously on Duke CE's Europe team from 2017- 2021, before taking a career opportunity to lead Cambridge's Executive Education transformation strategy as CEO of Judge Business School Executive Education Ltd. She completed her PhD and post-doctorate at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, and her BA in Psychology from Duke.
