Recall of WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Fruit Puree pouches (sold at Sam's Club, Dollar Tree and Amazon) as well as Schnucks and Weis brands because of potential lead contamination. We routinely check a lead level at the 2-year old visit but if you are concerned that your child eats this particular pouch regularly then please schedule an appointment with your pediatrician.
