As you may be aware, a devastating earthquake has struck the city of Hatay, leaving over 30 thousand people dead and hundreds of thousands more without homes. Our team, led by my brother and a dedicated group of volunteers, is on the ground in Hatay providing aid to those affected by this tragedy.

Our efforts are focused on helping one neighborhood at a time, providing daily provisions and assistance to as many families as possible. In doing so, we have formed friendships and connections with many of the families we are helping.

We are committed to continuing our work in this community, but we need your help. Every donation we receive will go directly to supporting families in need.

These organizations are doing amazing things in Turkey right now please donate as much as you can . Also understand that this is only the beginning. Most of the work is finding survivors. After comes the long process of mourning the dead and rebuilding communities, towns, villages and cities. My last post I asked for donations for my brothers efforts in Hatay. You can also contribute directly thru me. I will keep you informed of his efforts. Thank you.

Dear friends I’ve been trying to wrap my head around what’s been going on in Turkey. It’s hard to hold back my emotions. I feel helpless sitting in my warm house watching the events un fold. My brother is in Turkey and on his way to Hatay with a small group to start a soup kitchen and do what ever else is needed.
