• In search of Commercial Equipment Start Up Technician responsible for Equipment Start Up, accurate troubleshooting/reporting, and efficient repairs/improvements on Commercial HVAC Equipment including but not limited to DX split systems and RTU's, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Mini Splits, Chillers (Air Cooled and Water Cooled), Boilers (Steam and Hot Water), VAV's, ERU's, Exhaust Fans, Variable Speed Drives, and CRAC's/Liebert Units
• Be willing and able to work with in house Project Managers, General Contractors, Engineers, Commissioning Agents

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC Industry (if you have less please let us know as we may have an opening as an apprentice)
• Basic Knowledge of HVAC, Controls, and Electrical Systems
• Must be able to read a schematic
• EPA certification required for all technicians
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Written, Verbal, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills are a must.
• Requires maintaining a positive and professional attitude with both customers and co-workers.
• Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be open to a flexible work schedule ESPECIALLY in peak seasons.

Comfort Mechanical Contractors is actively searching for someone to fill our Piping Superintendent position.
• The candidate must demonstrate outstanding organization and communication skills, be self-motivated and have effective leadership qualities. Candidate must also have a positive can-do attitude.
• Coordinate, plan and supervise multiple piping crews, ensuring optimal crew assignments for each job.
• Develop and distribute a weekly schedule for piping crews.
• Drive the growth of the piping department by actively recruiting and onboarding new staff.
• Provide leadership and support for our current piping staff fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of every piping job.
• Must conduct regular on-site visits to monitor crew progress, schedule adherence and overall productivity.
• Collaborate with foremen during site walks, address any questions and help as needed.
• Establish and track goals, milestones, and achievements for crews through completion of job.
• Demonstrate expertise in Chilled Water, Heating Hot Water, Steam and Refrigerant Piping Systems.
• Possess in-depth knowledge about different types of pipe materials (steel, copper, pvc, valves & fittings, etc…)
• Compile comprehensive material lists for pipe, fittings, valves etc. Ensure timely ordering and delivery of material for crews on site.
• Team Player – Work collaboratively alongside Project Managers, SMF staff, Startup, General Contractors etc…
• Provide exemplary customer service and support to ALL our clients.
• Participate actively and contribute to weekly production meetings with PM’s and other superintendents.
• Attend jobsite meetings as requested and give input if required.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and consistency in all duties. Some weekend work may be required.
• Work towards achieving profitability goals for the piping group.
