I loved these as a kid! Mom would share them with me, one of her favorites back then. Kira doesn't love coconut yet, so I have to hold off on making them this year.

I love this style of coffee! I've tried using palm sugar instead of white and it works just fine. This gadget can do all the work for you instead of whisking it all yourself.
