Shayne has been a massage therapist for over 10 years. She is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist and a graduate of the Nutrition and Exercise Science program at Bastyr University. During her massage career she has worked with occupational and physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, osteopaths, and naturopaths. She has specialized in helping with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, ringing in the ears, chronic pain, digestive problems, disturbed sleep cycles, calming the nervous system, food education to support a healthy lifestyle, and mobility exercises to help support activities of daily living.
