We are excited to announce the completion of Phase I of the renovations at the Pilgrim’s Pride Facility in Guntersville, Alabama.

This phase involved the construction of a 2,527-square-foot 10-position dock addition. This facility addition included a complete site renovation at the existing dock area with no interruptions to ongoing shipping and receiving activities.

We are now moving forward with Phase II. This phase features a two-story, 33,500-square-foot processing addition. The new addition shall be a combination cast-in-place and pre-cast structure constructed adjacent to the existing facility.

Forcum Lannom Contractors is excited to welcome Tylor Duncan to our team!

Tylor is a Dyersburg native and went to Dyer County all through school but now resides in Jackson! Hunting and playing golf are two of Mr. Duncan’s hobbies!

When asked what he was most proud of, Tylor shared that his greatest achievement is becoming a site manager with Forcum Lannom, a role he has aspired to since he was a child. This ambition was inspired by his grandfather, Jeff Ingram, who also has a successful career in the construction industry.

Tylor envisions a future where he continues to excel as a site manager, carving a prominent place for himself in the construction industry. We are confident in his potential and feel privileged to be part of his journey.

Last week, our very own Paul Perkins celebrated an incredible milestone! Paul has been with us for an incredible 40 years!

Paul began working for Forcum Lannom Contractors after graduating college in 1984. He has progressed in his professional career within our company from Field Engineer to Assistant Project Superintendent, Design Engineer, and Project Manager to Vice President/Project Executive.

From day one, he's brought passion, dedication, and a wealth of knowledge to our team. His commitment to excellence has inspired us all. Here's to you, Paul, for four decades of hard work, loyalty, and invaluable contributions. Thank you for being an integral part of our journey! 🙌🎉 🥳

FLC knows how to have a great time and our Employee Spring Celebration was no exception!

Last weekend, we traded our work attire for golf gear and hit the TopGolf greens for a day of friendly competition and laughs! It was a wonderful opportunity to bond outside the office and strengthen our crew. It was a great blend of camaraderie, beautiful weather, and pure enjoyment! 🌸☀️

Forcum Lannom Contractors is excited to welcome Drew Keller to our team.

Drew is from Mississippi, where he attended Booneville High School and Northeast Mississippi Community College, but he still likes to cheer for the Tennessee Volunteers!

Mr. Keller has an impressive work history in drafting and is a perfect asset to FLC. He takes immense pride and feels privileged to have led the CAD drafting team responsible for designing the seating arrangement in an Auditorium frequented by the Queen of England.

Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys, his family and friends, and he enjoys playing (or learning) the game of golf! We are so excited to have Mr. Keller at FLC- especially since he is 6’6” and can reach all the things on top shelves! 😊

We proudly announce that our recent Carlisle Construction Materials Polyiso Manufacturing Facility Project received its LEED Platinum v4 Certification!

The LEED Platinum v4 Certification is the highest standard for building energy efficiency designated by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making the state-of-the-art, 500,000-square-foot facility the first-ever LEED Platinum v4 certification in North America for a manufacturing facility.

The facility achieves a 38% improvement in building performance via energy simulation modeling and generates over 10% of the energy used (by cost) through solar power. Additionally, the project contributes to environmental conservation by restoring over 25% of the surrounding area of the facility with native plants, reducing development impact on wildlife and people.

Since our first project with Carlisle Construction Materials in 2000, we have completed more than two million square feet in combined projects and have been part of over $120,000,000 in investments for their facilities over multiple locations.

We are excited to introduce JR D***s, who is joining us as a high school intern!

J.R. is a senior at Dyersburg High School. After graduating, he plans to attend Dyersburg State Community College for two years and then transfer to the University of Tennessee at Martin, where he will major in Civil Engineering. Some of his fondest memories growing up were building things with his dad and brothers, which taught him the love of engineering. He loves the hands-on learning experience and the challenge and wants that for his future career. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and caring for his family’s horses during his spare time. A fun fact about J.R. is that he shows Tennessee Walking Horses!

Congratulations to Anna Bradford, Forcum Lannom Contractors Business Development Coordinator, on being elected to serve on the 2024 Tennessee Economic Partnership (TEP) Board of Directors as one of the West Tennessee Representatives. Anna is one of the 21 community leaders from Tennessee to be chosen to serve on the Board of Directors.

Since joining FLC in 2016, Anna has been crucial in advancing our Business Development initiatives. Serving as the company's primary contact for engagements with various economic development entities in the Southeast and Midwest United States, she takes on the responsibility of initiating, cultivating, and sustaining these relationships by actively participating in numerous business and trade organizations, as well as regular direct communication with key individuals in the economic development community. She has also spearheaded a comprehensive revamp of our company website and led the implementation of our current Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), along with developing the associated procedures.

As part of the TEP mission, Anna will work alongside other board members to strategically plan networking events and form meaningful business relationships with key prospects and consultants to attract jobs and investments to Tennessee.

The Tennessee Economic Partnership (TEP) is a statewide public-private organization of the State of Tennessee, The Tennessee Valley Authority, and Tennessee’s business and economic development community.

On December 1st, Kenney, with Fortier Loss Control, conducted HazCom and First Aid Training for some of our employees!

Dyersburg City Schools STEM Lab Renovations - Forcum Lannom Contractors We're excited to announce the successful conclusion of the Dyersburg City Schools STEM Lab Renovations across Dyersburg High, Middle, and Intermediate schools!

Forcum Lannom Contractors is honored to support the annual Reelfoot Rural Ministries Toy store for the 11th consecutive year!

Through the combined efforts of our team, we donated over two dozen toys and raised $1,550 in donations to contribute to the RRM toy fund!

Reelfoot Rural Ministries (RRM) is a non-profit organization that hosts an annual Toy Store that serves northwest Tennessee and southwest Kentucky, a tradition for the last 40+ years!

As always, we are grateful to be a part of this tradition!

In observance of Thanksgiving, we will be closed for the remainder of the week and will reopen Monday, November 27th.
