Employment Recovery Strongest in Mountain-West

The Mountain-West region of the country has been the bright star in the nation’s employment recovery and growth since the COVID pandemic shutdown in March and April 2020, according to CoreLogic.

Idaho and Utah have added back more jobs than they lost. Idaho specifically saw just a temporary slowing of its economy plus it has benefitted greatly from in-migration from residents leaving more costly areas, particularly the West Coast. Montana has added back 83% of jobs lost.

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to drop you all a note to say thanks for liking my page. You know, July 1st marked my 20th anniversary in the Real Estate business and I’ve got to say that it’s been a heck of a ride these past 20 years!

Back in July of 2000 I was living in the Bay Area and I got my start in Real Estate by working as a rental agent in San Francisco. Those were very interesting times, as SF was basically the epicenter for the dot-com era and finding a place to rent was tricky business. I thrived on the competitive nature of the business and knew I had found my calling as a career realtor. It wasn’t long before I transitioned from rental agent to new home sales agent and I was soon on to selling luxury condos and townhomes in South Beach and Mission Bay. In short order I ascended to sales manager and wound up leading crack sales teams in prominent SF condo buildings. We sold hundreds of condos back then and worked our tails off making it all happen. I worked with many of the top realtors in the Bay Area in those early years and I learned first-hand what it took to be a high-level, successful businessman. The experience I gained during that time was invaluable to me and to my business and I’ve been able to incorporate that experience into everything I do on a daily basis as a realtor.

In 2012 I moved to Idaho and have been an Idaho Realtor ever since. It’s a different world here in Idaho and I have adapted well to the changes. I really love the pace of life here and I enjoy working with my clients to sell their homes or helping them find the right home or investment property to purchase. I tend to treat my clients as if they were members of my family and I treat their money was if it was my own. I counsel all of those I work with on what it takes to get their home sold for top dollar and what it takes to write the winning offer in a competitive bidding situation. My experience in the business gives me a competitive advantage that you have full access to when you work with me. I know my stuff and I know how to navigate the tricky waters of these complicated markets we are facing here today.

Many of you know me socially and know that I know how to throw a great party and have a great time, but don’t let my fun exterior fool you. The truth is I’m a badass in business and I work tirelessly for my clients, doing everything in my power to help them meet their goals and objectives. I want you all to know how much I appreciate having you in my life. For those of you that I have worked with, thank you for trusting me to represent you. I am always here for you and for your friends and family that need a realtor. For those of you that I haven’t worked with, please think of me when it comes time to buy or sell. I’m never too busy for you and would love the opportunity to work with you on your next real estate transaction. Please do not hesitate to give me a call anytime!
