Beginning Tuesday, February 13th, Erin Newman, therapist and yoga instructor, will be offering Y12SR on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month.

Y12SR is an innovative addiction relapse prevention program that integrates the wisdom of yoga and the practical tools of 12-Step recovery programs. The format of Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion followed by a themed, all-levels yoga practice. Y12SR is open to anyone dealing with addiction, either their own or the addictive behaviors of others. The principle of anonymity is upheld by Y12SR. Yoga practice will be accessible to all bodies. Please bring a mat if you can.

We are looking for practitioners to join our current team at the Center for Wellbeing. We are looking for any professionals in the medical field: therapists, mental health counselors, massage therapists, nutritionists, reiki practitioners, chiropractors, and the list goes ON! We have individual rooms for rent, starting at $600 (utilities included). We also have space if you're interested in more room to grow your current practice! We work together with our patients and clients and have HUGE patient base and referral network to even help you if you're just starting from scratch!

If you have a current Hum membership, access to the live streaming is free while the studio is closed & your membership is active. Now you can enjoy infinite classes live streamed and anytime, any place through this online portal.
To join, purchase either a weekly or monthly UNLIMITED membership (link in bio). Once purchased, you will receive an email with a membership code. Request to join the facebook group, HUM SPACE LIVE STREAM STUDIO.
You will be asked to provide your code for verification and once verified & approved, you will have access to all classes live or to watch later at your convenience. Hum Space launches Monday 3/30 with Monumental Radiance at 6:00pm.
PLEASE NOTE: All evening class times have changed to 6:00pm. (Monumental Radiance, Breathe & Intro to Kundalini). Ritual is now 90 minutes 6:00-7:30am. And I've re-vamped all the regular memberships for when in-studio classes begin again. Also another Breathe has been added 9:30 - 10:15am Friday mornings. Sonic Nap is now 12-12:45 on fri.
