Gorgeous industrial farmhouse kitchen! Cabinets around the perimeter of the kitchen are maple doors in a "Cashew" stain and the island is painted in a "light mocha" finish. The countertops are "Black Absolute Honed" granite, which gives it the industrial feel. An earthy stone subway tile backsplash helps tie everything together. The screened porch has been converted into an office/ laundry room, which has plenty of natural lighting pouring into the space!

What a transformation! Walls were knocked down to create an open, flowing space between the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen was expanded into what used to be an office, which now makes for a large cooking and entertaining space with plenty of seating for the family at the end of the island. The cabinets are a natural maple around the kitchen perimeter and the island and tall pantry cabinets are in color "Hale Navy". The countertops are a beautiful leathered granite that ties the kitchen together. Take a look at some before photos towards the end!

Newly completed kitchen, baths, and mudroom renovation! Traditional/coastal design throughout home. Custom built-ins in mudroom with a small powder room attached. Kitchen with original cabinets and new crown molding, and a blue accent island added to the space. Updated Master Bath with beautiful hexagon floor tiles, blue vanity - all tied together with brass hardware and accessories.

Classy kitchen remodel with white Candlelight cabinets around the perimeter and the island in Blue Jay with a Parisian brush stroke effect. The countertops are Misterio Pental Quartz, which are mostly white with a soft, subtle veining design. The floor ties it all together with an imported Italian tile.

We are thrilled to have been a part of this very special project for The Stepping Stones Group of Springfield MA. Jennifer DeForge, project manager of Chapdelaine Builders, put her heart and soul into this project, and it really shows! Thank you to everyone who helped with this project. Run by a special group of people working to help children in the community.

Today’s a perfect winter day for a soak in the tub!
This Master Bath was finished a few years ago. It’s a cozy space with heated floors topped with a beautiful marble mosaic design installed by Cortina Tile. The tub is a double slipper soaking tub. The vanities are Tedd Wood cabinetry Yellowstone door style in full-overlay in cherry with a custom color-match stain to helps bring in some warmth.

Now is the time to think about Spring and Summer projects! Pavilions, pergolas, sunrooms, all season rooms (you name it) are all great additions to make to a home.

Here is a Garage to Sunroom conversion.

The flooring was added to the garage space to match the existing flooring in the kitchen, and a ductless wall mounted heater was added to the space for keeping the temperature comfortable all year round! The wooden beams make for a rustic, Farmhouse look and wrap around windows give the room a beautiful light and airy feel. This room is great for any family gatherings!

With Thanksgiving here tomorrow, we want to wish everyone a happy holiday! We couldn’t be more thankful for all of our wonderful customers and our amazing workers. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Candlelight cabinetry - wall cabinets are in color “Warm Ice” and the base cabinets are a Cherry wood with a “Burnished Sable Glaze”. The beautiful countertops are “Blue Dunes” leathered granite. The kitchen was expanded backwards into where they used to have a sitting room. The new space is perfect for entertaining larger groups of people. The counter space is unlimited, so there won’t be a problem finding room to place all the pots and pans! The glass cabinet’s interior are lined with lights to showcase the homeowner’s treasured items, as well as undercabinet lighting for the kitchen.

Beautiful, spacious kitchen with a rustic driftwood Island! The perimeter cabinets are white Shaker, full-overlay doors. The backsplash is a grey subway tile and the countertops are a white quartz. The tall kitchen window helps to brighten up the space and the stained oak floor brings some warmth into the room. This kitchen makes a great space for a large family!

Quaint, cottage style kitchen with some pizzazz! Love the backsplash tile behind the oven. White perimeter cabinets and a blue island with a walnut butcher block top. The pantry on the opposite wall opens to reveal storage space for small appliances and roll-outs for additional storage space at the bottom. The stained oak flooring helps to bring some warmth into the space.

Finished this kitchen remodel/addition last year and we still can’t get over how gorgeous it turned out! The teal cabinet color really makes a statement in this modern farmhouse kitchen. The addition is used for the family room, dining area, and book nook area. The many windows letting in the natural light, the horizontal wood paneling on the fireplace wall, the open shelving, and so many more aspects of this open concept space help make it feel more bright, spacious, and airy.

What a transformation! We used Candlelight cabinetry in color, “Nickel City Silver” with a Vienna brush stroke effect. The island and bar area are in “Graphite”. The design of this kitchen creates a larger, more spacious area, keeping an open flow throughout the house. The Viking double wall oven really catches your eye, as well as the fun chalkboard space on the side of the cabinet. See the before pictures at the end of the post!

This new pool and patio is the second phase of an ongoing Kitchens By Chapdelaine project. The first phase was a house renovation/ addition completed in 2021. This backyard design gives a clean, modern, and fresh look to the space. Featuring an outdoor porch with retractable screens and a gracious patio extension from the double entry doors of the addition to the pool zone. Check out the before photos at the end of the post! What a transformation!

A cozy, rustic kitchen for a gray morning.
This charming home was built in the 1700’s. Featuring white cabinets with soapstone countertops and wide plank, driftwood flooring. We knocked down a wall and kept the central chimney in use, and built the island around it. The kitchen was reconfigured to be a great space for entertaining.

Hoping to brighten up this rainy day with a picture of this beautiful, sun-filled breakfast nook. This is a great baking/ homework/ hobby workspace area. The large banquette area can comfortably seat a family of 6, and provides additional storage for books, etc. underneath. The space is warmed up with stained red oak flooring, and is kept spacious and airy with open shelving to store baking supplies.
