We are a VERY BUSY Plumbing/ HVAC company in Palo Alto. This is a full time position M-F 8-4:30pm. We are looking for a high energy, organized, person with experience working with a large team. Must be pleasant on the phone and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Some of the required duties are:

Answering multiple lines and scheduling jobs, following up with the field technicians throughout the day, creating invoices in Quickbooks, filing, keeping track of ongoing jobs and updating files in Quickbooks, scanning, e-mailing, following up on parts and job materials ordered with vendors, and pulling permits and working closely with permit offices in surrounding cities.

UPDATE: He was found! 7/4/23

Yesterday my parents neighbor went missing.. he has dementia.. he got in his wife's car and just drove away... They've had a few leads with the car, but no Grady.. please pray with us, that he returns home safely... We physically searched the neighborhood yesterday. Today search is in the hands of the police.

The car was spotted twice yesterday once in Atherton, once in Campbell.
