Así es amigos, creció.
Desde que dejé de sentirme obligada a regalar un pastel en el cumpleaños de una "amiga" o "amigo", pues esos mismos a los que año tras año les regalé un pastel, nunca me tomaban en cuenta para comprar uno el resto del año, solo veía como subían foto con pasteles de alguien más en sus demás festejos.

Creció desde que comencé a valorar mi trabajo, mi tiempo, inversión y a ver cómo dejé de celebrar fechas importantes con mi familia y tomar vacaciones por estar encerrada horneando.

Creció cuando me seguí preparando para no quedarme estancada con un solo diseño y sabor.

Creció cuando comprendí que hay clientes para todos, y mis clientes son de gustos excepcionales. Por eso les doy calidad.

Creció cuando entendí, que no porque hago pasteles tengo la obligación de regalar el pastel a cada fiesta a la que me invitan.

Crecio cuando no aceptó órdenes sin depósito sea de quien sean porque hasta los amigos abusan de tu confianza.

Soy pastelera y ese es mi trabajo, es un trabajo como cualquier otro, requiere tiempo, esfuerzo, horas extras, noches sin dormir, días sin poder comer, etc.

Soy emprendedora y si tú también tienes un negocio, ya sea de comida, fotografía, maquillaje, pones uñas ó también haces pasteles quiero decirte que VALORES TU TRABAJO, nadie más va a venir a valorarlo por tí, no regales tu trabajo, cobra lo que es, tu tiempo, material y sobretodo EL CONOCIMIENTO.

I am a pastry chef and that is my job, it is a job like any other, it requires time, effort, overtime, sleepless nights, days without being able to eat, etc. I am an entrepreneur and if you also have a business, whether it is food, photography, makeup, you do nails or you also make cakes, I want to tell you that YOU VALUE YOUR WORK, no one else is going to come value it for you, don't give away your work, charge what It is your time, material and above all KNOWLEDGE.
