Want to shake it up from a regular iced coffee? Check out an Espresso Tonic, made with tonic for a sparkly, refreshing iced drink. Refreshing and caffeinated! ☕️🫧🐻

What exactly is a cortado you ask?? A big favorite for coffee aficionados, this 4 oz drink is equal parts espresso and steamed milk. It’s like a mini latte with a strong espresso essence and is the perfect jump start to your day!

Attention iced coffee fans! Did you know we offered flights of iced coffee at both cafes? Try a pour of flash brewed, cold brew, and nitro. ☕️🐻
Flash is brewed hot and chilled quickly so it retains the brightness of the coffee. We typically use a lighter roast so it’s sweet, bright, and more tea like.
For cold brew we’re using Pablo del Cid’s Anacafe-14 and it’s loaded with a caramel and chocolate notes.
Nitro is a creamy, frothy, malted milk ball of a coffee. Looks like Guiness, tastes like coffee!

Did you know we compost all of our coffee grounds and most of our food waste? The buckets sitting outside are destined for the Barrington Farm school. All the chaff (byproduct of roasting) is taken to Brian and Jessie’s house for their own compost.
