Hey everyone! Our team had a blast last week at our pit cleanout and team sleepover! We had a ton of fun cleaning out our pit area, and then getting to hang out, play games and have a movie night! It was a great way to get to know each other better and strengthen our team’s bond. We can’t wait to do it again soon!

RGA has gone through a transformation and I couldn't be more proud of the result and of all the TOUGH, STRONG, and INDEPENDENT young women who helped me get the job done!

Our 🐊 friend has had a very long, rough week with all the moving and cleaning, but he is getting excited to find all his new hangout spaces in the new RGA! Classes resume on Monday!

I made a coloring book! All hand drawn by me and ready for you to color! $8 each, and it includes an 8-pack of crayons. Proceeds to support our pit rehab fund!

We are moving and packing and cleaning out, and we found so much stuff that has been hiding away! Good stuff, great stuff for those gymnasts in your life. Lots of brand new leotards and apparel, some recently loved and gently used, and some tidbits for stuffing the stockings. If you need to do some secret shopping just give one of us the "look" and we will help you out! Sale with continue until our move over to our new space at the New Year!

Hey there RGA families! We are sadly back in this place. While the transmission rate in "substantial or high" I am asking my class gymnasts and parents (regardless of vaccination status) to mask up while at RGA. Team gymnasts will be exempt from this request, unless specified guidance states otherwise.
I will be keeping a close eye on the CDC Indicator and when 🤞🏻we are back in the yellow or blue we can take them off again! I just love seeing their faces so much! 💕🐝 Thank you for your continued support as I navigate this situation with safety of our gymnasts, families, and staff as the top priority.

I couldn't do this alone....there are amazing people that help, support, and work really hard for all that RGA is.
Megan is the rock star ⭐️ of RGA!
She keeps all of the behind the scenes, administrative stuff organized and flowing. She has an incredible memory, which is so much needed with my "fruit fly memory". She is willing to do anything and everything to make RGA flourish and grow (with the exception of killing spiders 😬). But most importantly, she loves the kids that come through our doors every week!

RGA is closed for Summer Break June 29-July11.
We are exhausted! It's been a year of hustle.... physically and mentally. We are taking a short break to relax and refresh. Classes resume on July 12th along with the first week of camp! See you then!

New Challenges await! Fresh new lessons plans printed up and ready to go. Did you know that I've been working on a system to catalog and organized all of the drills, skills, lessons, conditioning, games that I have stored in my brain. After 30+ years of coaching and teaching gymnastics, there is a lot in there! My box has over 500 cards and grows every day.

Soaking up some of this beautiful day while I do a little work in between classes. 😎 I got to teach the full lineup of Saturday classes today, and it was a blast! So happy I was able to spend some time with my Saturday students. Definitely made my day, you guys are awesome! I had so much fun!!!☺️🐝🤸
