Alexa's commitment to diversity, shaped by her own LGBTQIA+ journey, extends to her volunteer work with Crossroads and House of Hope. We’re excited to have her on our team!

We are thrilled to announce that Foster Forward has been awarded a generous $15,000 grant from Bank of America! This incredible support will help fund paid working experiences for youth in our Works Wonders® program and provide essential barrier assistance.

This grant will allow us to create more opportunities for our young people to gain valuable work experience, build their resumes, and develop essential skills for their future careers. Additionally, the barrier assistance will help remove obstacles that may hinder their success, such as transportation or work attire, ensuring they have every chance to thrive.
