The Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School Honors Piano Quintet (Jack Chamblee, piano; Liam DeRosa, violin; Jenna Clark, cello; Grainne Daly, violin and Sandhya Scott, viola) consists of a group of high school students from all around Rhode Island who were chosen to participate in this ensemble. They have each participated in the Chamber Music program at the Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School for several years. The group began working together in fall 2023. In addition to weekly rehearsals and coachings, the quintet has acted as representatives of the Music School by playing in monthly masterclasses led by this season's Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra Music Director candidates. It has been thrilling for the students to be exposed to such a wealth of musical perspectives and to interact with these world class artists. Being able to collaborate with Yefim Bronfman at this year's Beethoven & Bronfman: A One-Night Gala Event! is the culmination of the rich chamber music experience they have enjoyed at the Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School.

Get your tickets today to see them perform at this year's Gala concert! Visit tickets.riphil.org or call 401.248.7000 to purchase today.
