Hello Parents!

Tomorrow is our Open House and Orientation Meeting for our Monday and Wednesday students, and then we will have one Thursday for our Tuesday and Thursday students.

It will be from 9:30 - 10:30. We will meet in the fellowship hall at 9:30 for Teacher introductions and a quick meeting to go over important information for the year.

Then everyone will be dismissed and you will have the rest of the time till 10:30 for you and your children to visit their classrooms to meet their teachers.

Tuition is due that morning. If you are not able to attend your Open House, if you could email and let me know, and we work out something else for turning in September tuition.

Looking forward to seeing everyone and a great year ahead!

We have spots left in Mrs. Ashley’s Kindergarten class on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Email us for more information. Classes start Sept. 3rd.

It’s our last week of our Summer Program!

This week on Wednesday and Thursday, we will
eat outside for lunch, have a special treat (Watermelon 🍉!) and have some fun outside games and relay races!

Kids will bring their own lunches and we will eat outside on blankets, weather permitting.

Tuesday will be a regular fun day of crafts and outdoor playtime.

Circus Week and Camping Week this Summer!

During circus week, we had popcorn, face, painting, circus games , and fun circus theme crafts.

During camping week we had special s’mores snacks, flashlights, read and played in tents, and fun camping crafts.

Dear Parents,

Here is information about for the upcoming school year for the gymnastics program that visits our school. It is an extracurricular activity that is offered here during the school day. It is for 2 year olds up to 3rd grade. ANGELA’S ANGELS AND ATHLETES
$200 per semester-Payment is due with this form. Make checks payable to Angela’s Angels. Leave this form and semester fee at the daycare office. Cash is accepted. Place in sealed envelope with child’s name.
Activities include: forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, balance beam movements, bridges, forward and backward hip circles on the bars, back/forward handspring movements, various jumping (plyometrics), tuck jumps, toe touch jumps, age appropriate fitness activities such as stretching, pushups, pullups, sit ups, leg lifts, burpees, jumping jacks, bear crawls, duck walks, spider crawls, sprints, basketball, football, soccer drills, etc.

Be aware of construction off the exit when trying to come to school from the interstate. It looks like this week that you cannot turn onto Belvoir from Terrace. If you are coming from downtown area, when you get off the interstate, you need to turn right onto Germantown Road and then left onto Fountain Avenue. If you are coming from the East Brainerd or Georgia direction off the interstate, when you get off the exit you need to go all the way down to Germantown Road and do the same. Turn left onto Germantown and go down to Fountain Ave. and turn left to get you to Belvoir Ave.

Circus Week! Games, Popcorn & Face Painting!
We will also be watching “Clifford’s Really Big Movie”.

Come for a night of good food and entertainment to help the church youth raise money for their National Youth Gathering. More details and information in the comments.

March 27th & 28th

So sorry I’m so far behind on pictures! For the Easter party, I started with about 380 something pictures. With all the kids running around we just shoot as many as we can just trying to get their faces and trying to get every kid hunting eggs. Also, taking out and editing respecting those who don’t want their pictures posted takes some time.

Teacher Appreciation Week this Week!

I do have to apologize that we do not have many pictures of the younger kids from this visit. I was waiting for them to let them pet an animal, which is when I get the individual pictures, but that did not happen. This is the first year it has not, and I have let the person at the Aquarium know about our disappointment on this.

This Week is Dinosaur Week all week! Wear a dinosaur shirt, learn about & make dinosaur crafts!

We have some Tuesday/ Thursday spots left!

Yes, we are asking kids to be picked up by 1:30 PM today due to safety concerns of the eclipse.
