Burrata Wood Fired Pizza uses the finest ingredients from Italy and local/seasonal produce to craft artisanal wood fired pizza and fresh pasta.
At Burrata Wood Fired Pizza our pizzas are hand crafted using the finest flour from Naples, Italy, and cooked in a wood fired oven at 900 degrees. We use ancient techniques to create an authentic product. Our pizza comes out crisp, tender and is magically touched by wood smoke. Our pasta and desserts are all made in house. Food is an art form and we make sure to pay attention to every detail. The
