Meet Brandon! He has over 9 years of experience in the beauty industry. Growing up in his mother’s salon, he developed an early passion for hair and a deep understanding of the artistry behind it. The past few years in Philadelphia allowed Brandon to refine and master the art of hair color, particularly in blonding, balayage, and lived-in color.
He is dedicated to creating personalized, stunning transformations for each client. Now, as he makes his home in Western Massachusetts, Brandon is eager to connect with the community, bringing his expertise, creativity, and commitment to help clients achieve their hair goals. His enthusiasm for the industry and dedication to client satisfaction make him a valuable addition to our Lift Salon team.♡

Meet Roxane! Originally from France, Roxane grew up in Ludlow, Massachusetts. She has always had a passion for expressing her creative side with hair and makeup. She loves blonding services, whether that’s highlighting or balayages.
She started working at The Lift right after completing hair school in 2022. Assisting for over a year and half and now starting to take her own clients.
In her spare time she is spending time with her dog Atlas and her family at home, and traveling when she can!
She’s booking Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting in June, just in time to make your summer hair dreams come true!

Vivids: so fun but so high maintenance!
Here are just a couple of tips for our color-loving clients:
💚Use professional color protecting shampoo, conditioner, and styling products (our fave: the Vitamino Color line from L’Oréal Professional). Other shampoos may strip your color, so always check to make sure your products are color safe.
🩵Wash with cooler water, using hot water will open up your hair cuticle, making your bright color fade a lot faster.
💜 Invest in a color depositing product (like Moroccan Oil’s color depositing mask) to maintain your colors vibrancy and help you go longer in between color appointments.
Bright colors are a major commitment, color protection is your key to color longevity!!
