Ayoo here is a creamy fish chowder that has landed on our menu this evening. It has monkfish, leek, brown butter, cute chives, and a nice lemon on the side to brighten it all up.
Gotta say top 3 chowders we’ve made in our combined 70 years of chowder making. It has no potato or starch of any kind but it will still find a way to stick to your ribs, money back guarantee.
Also, important…we close at roughly 630 tonight for our musical guests of the evening and , so get those orders in early!!
👀👀👀 We have yet ANOTHER NEW SHOW to tell you about.
We’re humbled and over the moon excited to have joining us on June 30. If you aren’t familiar, Os Mutantes are a wildly groundbreaking Brasilian psych-pop band and one of the torchbearers of the cultural/sound movement called Tropicalia.
They’ve been a big influence on everyone from David Byrne (who did the initial reissues on his fantastic Luaka Bop label in the late 90s) to Kurt Cobain to Of Montreal down through countless artists in every genre imaginable. They’re often referred to as “the Brazilian Beatles” but as The Guardian once said “There was nothing quite like Os Mutantes and there still isn’t”
They haven’t played in our lovely state since 2013, so this may be your first opportunity to see the magic live.
Tickets are on sale at Noon on Eventbrite. You’ll hear A LOT more about this one in the next two months.
Back to some food related content a little later today, but for now, snag those tickets!

R.A.P Ferreira fka milo aka scallops hotel is an mc, producer and theorist working in the Black arts tradition commonly categorized as rap. Having founded the label ruby yacht in 2015 and since releasing all of his music through this channel, Ferreira has earned a sizable following within independent hip hop by rigorous, constant touring and an elevated, explorational style of performance. He is known for an uncompromised, utopic flow that speaks directly to the root of the listener.
Cavalier, of our favorite rap powerhouse , is an emcee, Hip-Hop adept, urban chief and cultural dapifer. A native to Brooklyn, New York his influence as a performer and artist have found reach locally and globally. He has shared top billing with Little Brother, Homeboy Sandman, Georgia Anne Muldrow and Joey Badass among others.
It’s Mid-March and that means we’re almost plum out of things to do with sweet potatoes but here’s one last one. Here’s a Sweet Potato Donut with Tamarind Glaze and Toasty Black Sesame. Also Dave’s Big Boy Salad v 7.0,, big ass fritters, big ass trees in the dining room, high beanies, and good music if you care about that sort of thing. Here until 9pm, you should know that by now tho.
BIG BOY CHILI DOG, Cincinnati Style. Best enjoyed with an ice cold can of POP and Reflection Eternal’s “Train of Thought”
Our PR team has been working around the clock with our F&B team to meet the overwhelming demand for our one of a kind Valentine’s Day tradition, Burger Buddies. If you’re new to the Daily Op Omniverse and are wondering why two slider sized cheeseburgs that are barely attached and could easily be served detached are aren’t in fact just detached, or how come the pastor gotta have himself a nice car, it’s fair, but don’t ask no questions. Put the actual candles in the actual bubble bath and come get sexy with us until 9pm.
Time to start getting that spring BOD bussin’ and nothing gets it there quite like cake. Maybe only tonight, we offer a fudgy chocolate layer cake with a chocolate glaze, pistachio, and raspberry cream. As always, you deserve a slice of cake and it’s cold and raining and food is usually a disappointment and this will lift you up emotionally and we also have other hot food that you can eat before this not hot food and you may feel complete afterwards because if you are of a certain personality type and disposition then a good meal can really do wonders for your general PMA. 10 orders left, 9pm is the time the neon goes to sleep.
Char Siu Cold Cut Grinder 2Nite. Smoky, glaze-y, beautiful pork loin that is then sliced thin just like the old folks at the deli counter demand it be cut. Then there’s a fermented chili-sesame-oyster mayo, radish, carrot, iceberg, and a sichuan pickle. Also we try to do that thing that Thomas Keller said about alternating the sliced meat’s fat to lean so that every bite has a good balance of each but we’re not rich over here and time is money kehd.
Mayonnaise rule #4080: If you press down your cold cut grinder before you slice it, and then slice it, and kinda push it a little like those meme meat moisture videos, the mayo should probably kinda show itself. If it doesn’t then maybe you should reassess the amount.
This will prolly only be available through the weekend so come & get it
Right here waiting for you until 9.
Here’s a pineapple upside down cake + it’s hard to resist a prefabbed cherry on top. I assure you we’re open.
Pistachio Chiffon Cake with Mascarpone Mousse, Olive Oil, and the orange so nice they named it twice, Cara Cara. Bigly flavors, light textures, clean clean. Don’t be silly, get dessert when you’re here. You’ll prolly want it later if you don’t want it at the exact moment of order placement so just be real with yourself. Here til NINE.
A Hot Pastrami warning has been hoisted for Hampshire County, the western Hilltowns could get up to 3 TBSP of Green Tomato Kimchi Mustard. The Onions will start turning to pickled onions after 5pm.
Also we just broke down a whole hog so we have exactly two Pork Tenderloin Bo Ssam’s to sell you. Maybe some ribs if the smoker cooperates.
Here til 9 FR.
Hand Pulled Noodles + Caramelized Lemongrass Pork with Nuoc Mau, Thai Chili, and Swiss Chard. Also there’s Luxury Crab Rice, Chicken Milanese Sandwiches, Salty Caramel Custard with Chocolate Cookies, and others. We do have burgers as well, in case it feels too stressful to eat anything but a well built burger tonight. Also we’re still quite affordable so there’s a bonus. We’re conveniently located in the heart of Easthampton, exactly 2,112 paces from Mt.Tom if you’re on foot from the past emerging from a time machine in the woods. Here til 9pm
CHICKEN MILANESE SANDWICH for the food culture this evening. I’ll tell ya, Italians pretty much do do everything better and even those Yankees down Milan really know how to treat the cutlet. Anyways, this sandwich has the fewest components we’ve ever put on a sandwich before cause it just doesn’t need ‘em. We pound the thighs and cook ‘em in a pan cause nonna wouldn’t live through New Years if she saw the that thing go in the fryer. Then a little aioli then some dressed arugula, pecorino, and lemon and it’s a wrap.
ALSO, Luxury Crab Rice, Lemongrass Pork Noodles, Pistachio Chiffon Cake, Good Winter Salads, Beanies for the dome, sodas for the gullet, all part of this balanced dinner. Catch us til 9pm.
