Meet Liudas! Our rugby playing human thesaurus. He challenges us in his custom programming and forces us out of our comfort zones to make us more versatile in our fitness and more agile. Not sure there’s too many other coaches that could regularly handle our early am hustlers 😉🤣 but Liudas certainly does and they have even affectionately coined themselves as “Liudas’ Ladies”. 🏉 ☕️

- The fam. Everyone comes in with an awesome attitude. It’s really a pleasure to be there and work with all the amazing clients. 🥰

- Achieving an ideal physique and level of fitness that allows me to do all the things I love; rugby, boxing, skiing. 🙌🏻

What you wish you knew before you got into fitness:
- Form makes everything better. And easier. Take the time to learn to perform lift properly and your progress will accelerate while your chances of injury decrease. 👈🏻
Your current fitness goals:
- I’m currently transitioning away from in-season training for rugby. So time to start adding more plates to the bar and getting those numbers up! 📈
MARIE! Our most sneaky jacked trainer. Underneath that winter coat, scarf and mittens you’ll see Marie wearing in the studio in the colder months hides years of hard work and determination! How many years in fitness:
Over 25 years In fitness..I woke up one morning realizing I needed to be a healthier mother for my children .It started in my living room with Richard Simmons and Jane Fonda VHS tapes ( Im old) ...Then along came the amazing ESPN ...I was addicted to strength training..over 25 years later and a variety of certifications
from Personal traing to sports nutrtion, weight loss coach to specialties in traing seniors..I found me!! 🤗
Best Fitness accomplishment : Committing to the OCB natural Bikini competition at the age of 60!! 🤩

What I wish I knew before I got into fitness:
I wish I knew the positive impact fitness would have on my life: physically ,mentally and spirtually...I would have started sooner. 💯

I love and believe in the hustle method so much that you can find me in the gym working out alongside you all multiple times a week whenever my schedule allows it. What you wish you knew before you got into fitness: Don’t focus on the scale! Motivation won’t always be there, consistency matters even with the crappiest workouts. 🫱🏻🫲🏽

•I have been in fitness since I was 12 years old. I became a trainer at the age of 19 and been working full time as a trainer since. So you could say I have been in fitness for 14 years. 😤
•My favorite thing about being a hustle coach is helping others and helping them see their full potential with strength or physique goals. 👊🏻
•My best fitness accomplishment is competing in over 20 bodybuilding shows across the last 10 years. 😵
•My favorite food is a tie between a burger or chocolate chip muffin, but most of the year I am eating clean so these are more of a cheat for myself. 🍔
•My favorite hype song is anything that is loud I listen to a wide variety of music from heavy metal to dubstep or drum and bass anything that is loud, I generally lift to the beats. 🎵
•One thing I wish I knew when I started my fitness journey is that it’s a marathon, I have been lifting weights since I was 12 years old, bodybuilding since I was 18 years old, it takes a long time to truly achieve your fitness goals. Luckily I started eating right when I was young around 16 years old, definitely get your diet on point or you’ll be spinning your tires you cannot out work a bad diet. 🍗
• My current fitness goals are to become a ifbb pro bodybuilder and compete on a pro stage, hopefully qualify for the Olympia. ( Super Bowl of bodybuilding) 💪🏼
