Would you believe me if I said I got this giant piece done in 20hours……. 🐙 🎨
— And yes I made the arms of the truck into tentacles that move 😎

I’ve been spending my time doing bigger and better projects.

Two for two!! I was in the Art crawl last year and I had so much fun, I get to go AGAIN!!

I hope you had a Happy holiday, and bring on the new year!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been on the socials but I just thought I’d let you all know that I will be BACK selling art February 2nd and 3rd.

I have been all over the place and that’s why I decided to take a break from creating. I was trying different things, different art styles and forms but nothing came to me.

Until I started playing with art therapeutically….

I found this new art to be very calming and even more intuitive. Honestly I found it by slapping a blob of paint on a canvas because I was so frustrated with the things I was creating.

I still have a love for jellyfish and creating art out of old records which I have been able to incorporate in my new art.

I hope you enjoy all that is to come in 2024.

I might already even have a few things painted on my sleeves…

Since October, I haven’t created much and if I have, I’ve hated what I’ve created…..

This is why, for the most part, I have been MIA.

I’ve decided I need a change. Time to evolve my Art and my techniques.

Artists change style to keep their art interesting and prevent themselves from getting into a rut.
And am in a RUT….

Change comes naturally to us all over time. We mature and develop as we age, and our art changes as we do.

We all change, adapt and evolve. It has to be that way, if not we’d grind to a halt. We all strive to improve on the art we’ve made in the past.

Can it be done? Sure. Is it practical? Rarely. A working artist is usually too pressurized to take the time needed to change their direction. For leisure painters, it can be demoralizing to make a change only to fail.

I do already have a few mural projects lined up in spring which I could not be more excited about!!

But I n the meantime, I plan on taking some time to reflect on my art and myself.

I’m so excited to be painting live at Market Mayhem with

When I saw they wanted live artists, I was in.
Then I saw they wanted us to paint some thing spooky/horror/Halloween themed I was like…. I WANT THIS SO BAD 🤣

Halloween is my favorite holiday, my number one 🤍
I have been wanting to create a character from a video game, now TV show and I just never knew if anyone would like it 😂

Now I have the opportunity and reason to paint it!!!
I’m sooo excited and I hope to see some of you there 🤍🤍
