Just wrapped up this little residency yesterday! We thoroughly enjoyed working with nearly 200 enthusiastic new and experienced block printers ranging in age from 2-70ish during our time at the library! Each printer had the option to add their design to this larger “underwater” community project! Photographing this monster of a piece was challenging, so we hope it can be displayed somewhere public to be viewed in person! (Stay tuned for more info on that 😊)

Thank you for your support Blue Ox friends!! We stayed super busy this last weekend, printing nearly 500 shirts in three days! We loved getting to share our love for the craft of woodblock printing with so many people. A special thank you to Beth, Beau, and Kai for making it all possible! You all are the greatest. All ready!! Second week at The Artist Market! We are printing until 1:00 😊

We had a blast live printing at the Artist Market of Eau Claire at Phoenix Park yesterday! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us on this new adventure! This lady was our FIRST EVER live-printing customer (thanks Beth Moga!!), and she was so creative in positioning the block for her t-shirt! We look forward to being back at the Artist Market next Saturday July 31st!

We have an assistant helping us get ready for our first live printing at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday. These are some prints of blocks that can be printed on shirts this weekend, and this little lady is almost as excited as we are!
