When you realize the abundance you seek is all around you…

A few days ago I cleaned my house and cleared the energy with the intention of releasing things holding us back and inviting abundance.

As we celebrated Halloween with friends and indulgences, I looked around and saw abundance all around: laughter, sweets, joy, nourishment, connection, light.

I’m welcoming November with a full day of Reiki sessions, including two new clients. More abundance!

Such a beautiful realization to know that the intention set is already showing up in my home.

It’s so interesting that cultures around the world throughout time have celebrated this time of year with festivals of light, honoring those that have come before, and setting intentions: Diwali, Halloween, Dia de los Mu***os, All Saints Day, All Souls Day, Samhain

With the added emphasis of a new moon, the conjunction of these celebrations has an enhanced magnitude.

Beauty and chaos.

The garden is like life.

I see beauty and abundance… when I take the time to get close and observe the delicate details of individual flowers, leaves, and fruits.

When I step back, it sometimes appears to be wild, untamed, chaotic.

Either way, I’m grateful. There is beauty in all of it.

The chaos is a reminder that I can’t control nature. I can do my part to help, but there is an element of faith and surrender.

No attachment to the outcome. Each flower, tomato, pumpkin becomes a delightful surprise in the garden experiment.
