Hey everyone! It’s day 5! I broke out a little bit so I used the high frequency machine which helps kill bacteria during the acne breakout. I am going to be in the end of my cycle pretty soon here. The redness and flaking of skin around my nose and mouth is almost gone too. I would say by tomorrow I should be done with that. Thanks for following along on my micro-needling journey!

Day 4!

For some reason I was getting ahead of myself yesterday when posting about my post-microneedling photos. Anywho, only a little red and flaky around my nose and mouth so I am putting extra SHEALD on those areas. Still sticking with Cleansing Complex as my cleanser as well. Hopefully by tomorrow my nose flaking will stop. FINGERS CROSSED!

Day 2 and 3 for Alleah post-microneedling

As y’all can see, the redness has gone down considerably. Practically overnight! Peeling has begun as well which is kinda hard to tell in the pictures. I did also have some whiteheads that weren’t there before come to a head. I was able to start cleansing my face yesterday so I used Cleansing Complex by iSClincal and today I will be able to use and SPF! Thanks for following so far and I’ll update you tomorrow for Day 4!

We like to be real with you! Day 1 of Alleah’s healing from micro-needling. This morning she will just rinse her face with lukewarm water and will put SHEALD (iS Clinical) on throughout the day.

Couple of tips during this stage of micro-needling:

1. Change your pillowcase before going to bed
2. If needing to run errands, wear a hat that covers your face since you can’t wear sunscreen and stay in the shade as much as possible!

Day 0! Alleah will be filling us in on her microneedling journey. I know we promised PRP with it but unfortunately we are having some issues and we want to not only show you the best of the best but also show you that sometimes things just don’t always go according to plan!
