Casey A. Guibord started as an E1 (Private) several decades ago, today he is an E7 (Sergeant First Class) as a recruiter with the National Guard. He is a native of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. He completed Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina and was awarded the MOS 42A. During his 18 years of active service, SFC Guibord has held multiple positions that include Master Recruiter, Battalion Career Counselor, Battalion Marksmanship Coordinator, and Suspense NCO.

To date SFC Guibord has enlisted 176 Soldiers in the National Guard, yes, some of them are probably your parents. Almost all of these soldiers have been local to the Eau Claire or Chippewa Falls Area.

He deployed in 2004-2005 with HHC 1-128th Infantry Battalion in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.

SFC Guibord earned his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Chippewa Valley Technical College using the 100% tuition reimbursement.

His awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal (2nd award), Army Achievement Medal (2nd Award), Army Good Conduct Medal (4th Award), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (2nd Award), National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary, Global War on Terrorism Service, Army Armed Forces Reserve Medal (with M device & hour glass), Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon (4th Award), Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon, Wisconsin National Guard Recruiting Bar, Wisconsin National Guard Service Ribbon Wisconsin National Guard Write Medal (9th Award), Tennessee War Ribbon, National Guard Expert Recruiting Badge, National Guard Senior Recruiting Badge, National Guard Basic Recruiting Badge, Battalion Career Counselor Badge, Driver/Mechanic Badge, Excellence In Competition Badge (Pistol), and Combat Action Badge.

Private Caden Hohlfelder from Fall Creek is our newest member to the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He enlisted as an 11B Infantry Soldier.

Congratulations to Jan Perez on his enlistment into the Wisconsin Army National Guard!🇺🇸 PVT Perez enlisted as a 91B (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic) and will attend Basic Combat Training (BCT) at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri and finishing his Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Lee Virginia.
