Machgan Family Dental is looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our small dental office in the role of Patient Care Coordinator!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Greet patients upon arrival and collect any/all necessary information
• Answering phone calls and responding to text messages from patients
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about treatment, prices and scheduling needs
• Collect payments and assist in financial conversations
• Print and maintain various reports using Dentrix software
• Insurance verification and knowledge of dental insurance submission process
• Properly file and maintain patient charts.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 1+ year of customer service/dental office experience is required.
• Dentrix experience is preferred.
