Job description
Badger Truck Refrigeration is seeking a 1st Shift Full Time Assembly/Production Team Member
Production hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Pull parts for assembly according to work order.
Assemble and modify Heater/AC units according to instructions (No HVAC knowledge required)
Use equipment to build hose assemblies.
Package and prepare product for shipment.
Assist in identifying and resolving quality issue.
Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications
Basic mechanical abilities are a must.
Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
Tools are not required but helpful.
