Job Description: As an Office Appointment Scheduler and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating meetings for our sales and service teams.
• Providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
