This is 18 at Pinehurst 2, thought it would be fun to show sequence of swings. I’ve got to be honest, this was my favorite part of the day…. Watching him hit these 3 perfect shots was so much fun! Dream day, with a fantastic finish to the practice round.

Client came in with history of back and hip pain every golf season. With a few tweaks to his weekly workout program, adding a little mobility training, he was given a warm up to use before rounds and a monthly hands on stretch, he’s playing pain free golf!

Here at M-Power, our goal is to empower our clients with knowledge and skills needed so they can self manage their symptoms/ injuries. Here is a great example of a golf client who was dealing with back/leg pain who now has the tools to improve her symptoms without having to come in all the time. This is huge in helping someone recover. Yes, we are always here to help, but we want our clients to have control of their situation and get results without depending on us!

Proper ground reaction force can help golfers increase power and ball striking consistency. This video shows what a proper ground reaction force should look like when evaluating GRF on force plates. Using Force Plates can be crucial in helping golfers improve club head speed and performance on the course!
