These are my starters, Vincent VanDough and Georgia Dough'Keefe, known around here as Vinnie and Georgie. Vinnie came first, mixed up about two years ago. Georgie was made from dried sourdough starter that came from Vinnie. I'm currently working on a gluten-free starter - still looking for a name for that one.
