Friday, a few of us had the privilege of volunteering with My Very Own Bed, delivering beds and books to children in need. We packed Dream Kits filled with essentials like a mattress pad, sheets, a pillowcase, blanket, pillow, two books, and a stuffed toy. We set up the bed frames, made the beds, and transformed these spaces into cozy spots for the kids to rest, instead of sleeping on the floor. Seeing the children's eyes light up was incredibly heartwarming. It was truly a rewarding and unforgettable experience! 😘😴

The Department of Veterans Affairs 'plans' to temporarily lift its ban on buyers directly paying for professional real estate representation. Just in time for Memorial Day. This ban should be removed permanently. Those we remember this weekend will not be able to take advantage of the change, but our Veterans deserve it.

In a competitive market such as we are in now our clients want to know how they can "win"... buy the house. Our GRA loan officers shared insights into what they have been involved in such as the multiple offers, were there inspections, what were the types of financing they were working with, what was the outcome.
