Trampoline & Tumbling for all ages and all levels! We are here to meet your needs. She believes that "basics" are the key to success at all levels of athletics.
Minnesota Twisters focuses on a diversity of aerial interests, from beginners through elite, male and female, ages 5 to 90. Pat Henderson, Owner and Director, was named Master of Sport and in 2009 was inducted by USA Gymnastics into the Hall of Fame for Lifetime Achievement. Coach Henderson, an Olympic Judge and coach of an Olympic Alternate, uses time tested principles of biomechanics in teaching
