What a race!! I brought the cold to SC and today’s race temp was 30 degrees! I came prepared and had the right gear for the day. I stared conservatively and picked up the pace each mile until mile 7 I was able to hold the pace even though it was a little slower than where I had been. I bit in and trusted myself. I only let the good thoughts come through. After a tumultuous relationship with running the past couple years, I’ve fallen back in love with her. I ran the whole race and beat my B goal. My day is made. I’m proud. I can do hard things. I can endure. I’m ready for more. Half marathon state 13 ✅

It’s the end of an era at WinkSpaStudio! A big part of my business was based on lash extensions! I have been moving in a different direction for quite a while now but I’ve held on to two amazing last lash clients 💜 While deep cleaning this week, my last good lash tweezer fell to the ground (tip first) rendering it useless. Instead of ordering a new one and soldiering on, I think it’s time I lay those tweezers to rest. I’m still offering lash lifts, lifts and tints, and lash tints! 📸:
