Sunshine plays a vital role in our overall health. Exposure to sunlight helps our bodies produce vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and immune function. Sunlight also boosts our mood by increasing the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that contributes to feelings of happiness and well-being. However, it's important to balance sun exposure to avoid the harmful effects of UV radiation, such as sunburn and an increased risk of skin cancer. It's recommended to enjoy moderate sun exposure, especially during the early morning or late afternoon when the sun's rays are less intense, and to protect your skin with sunscreen and appropriate clothing when spending extended periods outdoors.

Here are 5 positive outcomes of good nutrition:
1. Maintaining normal body function
Body function includes everything from the regulation of blood pressure & blood sugar levels, the ability to learn new information, and stabilizing pH levels in your body.
2. Maintaining a healthy weight
Well, if the vanity issue isn't enough for you, maintaining a healthy weight will also help you avoid diabetes and heart disease!
3. Preventing disease
Do you want to avoid getting cancer, Crohn's disease, parasitic invasions, and bacterial infections? That's what I thought...
4. Making healthy babies 🙂
If you want to have healthy children then you should be very careful with your nutrition as well! Healthy babies come from healthy mothers and nutritious-conscious pregnancies.
5. Reducing stress
By maintaining a healthy diet you will increase your immune system and therefore make it easier for your body to fight off stress by creating coping strategies.

Healthy keto diet snack options
Snacking between keto meals can help you stay on track by suppressing your appetite and feeling full for a long time.
Because the keto diet is so filling, you may only need 1 or 2 snacks per day, depending on your activity level.
Here are some excellent, keto friendly snack options:
• Almonds and cheddar cheese
• Half an avocado stuffed with chicken salad
• Guacamole with low-carb veggies
• Trail mix made with unsweetened coconut, nuts and seeds
• Hard-boiled eggs
• Coconut chips
• Kale chips
• Olives and sliced salami
• Celery and peppers with herbed cream cheese dip
• Berries with heavy whipping cream
• Jerky
• Cheese roll-ups
• Parmesan crisps
• Macadamia nuts
• Greens with high-fat dressing and avocado
• Keto smoothie made with coconut milk, cocoa, and avocado
